• Pick a start date 2 days before your event to ensure your handbag arrives on time.
• The booking system will automatically book your handbag for your chosen hire period
• "White" means available and "Grey" means unavailable.
• If you have any special requests for bookings that our system does not allow or any last minute hire needs, please contact us info@theslowexchange.com.au.

After your booking is successfully made, we will request a copy of your driver’s licence/ passport/ proof of age to confirm ID and address.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need to have a parent upload their license and hire on your behalf.

• Our handbags come from a place of love and appreciation.They are designer pieces, so please treat them well to ensure future use for others.
• If your handbag is damaged or lost during your rental period, please contact us ASAP and refer to our Terms and Conditions.

All products are delivered via Free Express Post (this fee is inclusive of delivery and a Pre-Paid Express Post Return label/envelope).
